Job Description:

  • Coordinate key stakeholders’ engagement and meetings
  • Develop and implement strategic research initiatives
  • Manage various research communications platforms, e.g. newsletter, infopedia, corporate research webpage, email blast
  • Review requests for IT purchases and Network Attached Storage utilization
  • Administrative duties to support SGH Research Office functions, such as
  • Research Committee appointment matters
  • Secretariat duties for RO standing meetings and other relevant meetings
  • Collation of reports, inputs or data from relevant stakeholders for submission to relevant departments
  • Coaching, on-the-job training and professional development opportunities will be provided to groom the career of successful candidate.


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration. Preferably with at least 2 years of research administration experience.
  • Meticulous, have good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and self-motivated team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19​​​​​​
