Executive, Strategic Planning and Evaluation (PHIC)

The Executive will support strategic plans and initiatives in alignment and support of SGH and SingHealth’s efforts in population health through integrating care across the continuum, from preventive care, value-based care, care transition and community place-based care. He/She will assist with developing and implementing initiatives in support of the Division which include corporate planning functions, administrative and secretariat support, project management, preparing management reports and submissions, proposal writing, budgeting exercises, and other administrative duties. 

Your job roles will include, but not be limited to the following:

· Drafting proposals and slides for presentations and submissions

· Secretariat duties and administrative support for the Division, PHIC EXCO and various workgroups/committees 

· Organise, coordinate and support Division submissions and other administrative duties as assigned

· Manage and support project implementation process. Engage with stakeholders and oversee team management of projects and resources to achieve desired project outcomes 

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders in planning and development of care integration programmes, and transformation pilots

· Ensures budget plans are properly implemented and objectives are met

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field will be an advantage

· Relevant experience in strategic and corporate planning or healthcare management will be an advantage

· Meticulous and organised

· Excellent planning, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

· Adaptable and able to work with various stakeholders.
