You will be responsible in providing daily operational support for Food Services Department. Your duties will also include:
- Ensure smooth operations during plating service
- Management of projects
- Management of finance and budget control
- Supervisory role – management of staff in the section
- Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Management in one of operations support areas:
- Management of meal ordering system
- Management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance)
- Management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers)
- Management of food procurement, distribution process, and inventory management. Ensuring food are stored in accordance with the guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred
- Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm; PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 8.30pm)
- Experience in management and operations will be an advantage
- IT savvy
- Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
