Manager, Facilities Management & Engineering
You will support and responsible for the overall operational management of the Facilities Management & Engineering Department. These include the development of both long- and short-term strategic quality plans to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operations and maintenance of buildings, plants and all infrastructural assets and facilities, and ensure the timely replacement of equipment and fixtures.
You will play an active role in the department as project manager and executor for development, upgrading projects as well as environmental sustainability matters and all statutory compliances by working closely with government authorities.
You will also support Quality Management including emergency planning, risk management and building facility safety, and any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline with at least 6 years' experience
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, civil and building maintenance and environmental sustainability would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with healthcare staff of all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
