Manager, Office of Clinical Affairs (Medico-Legal Case Management)
The Manager of the Medico‑Legal Case Management (MLCM) team provides comprehensive operational, clinical‑administrative, and case management support to the MLCM Team Lead to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the department. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management and coordination of actual and potential medico‑legal complaints and litigation matters, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
The Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the organisation’s medico‑legal interests through meticulous oversight of case documentation, clear communication with clinicians and lawyers, and the maintenance of robust medico‑legal records and databases. In addition, the Manager supports team capability building through mentoring, guidance, and professional development of junior team members.
Summary:

Job Requirements:

Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution (Clinical degree such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health is preferred but not required).

Prior work experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

Experience in medico-legal matters, risk management, or healthcare compliance will be beneficial.

Proven leadership potential with demonstrated ability to assist in planning and driving new initiatives.

Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated attention to details and systematic approach to work processes.
