As a Manager/Assistant Manager in Clinical Risk Management (Awareness and Education), your job responsibilities include:
- Working with relevant content owners and leads within OPSQ on development of PSC training modules for all healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaboration with training providers within in SGH, in SingHealth and cross clusters in the development of patient safety and quality training modules.
- Regular assessment of training modules and its impact to achieve optimal knowledge retention.
- Maintain process ensuring that patient safety information through different platforms such as intranet, patient safety bulletins and/or onboarding modules are updated.
- Administration, analysis and orchestrate developing action plan with process owners on the Patient Safety Culture Survey.
- To develop innovative and creative awareness strategies and develop programs to promote and strengthen the Culture of Safety in the hospital.
- To monitor and address all feedback coming through the reporting, feedback & communication channels for their follow ups and resolution.
- To monitor and oversee the implementation of the proposed recommendations and dissemination of information to the ground.
- To collate analyze and prepare reports from the Culture of Safety and for regular sharing with the senior management.
- Collaborate with SGH Communication and Patient Experience in the development of strategies for patient and family engagements.
- Oversee regular publication of patient safety bulletins, videos and other engagement mediums.
- Organizing and managing events, movements, campaigns and activities to strengthen the Culture of Safety in the hospital.
- Provide administrative/secretariat support for Patient Safety Council.
- Provide and coordinate the training needs of team members to build capabilities, productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties (e.g. Prepare workplan and budget, draft emails and vetting of minutes)
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Director and Senior Manager in other areas where required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design / Communication / Science / Healthcare related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of creative design tools (e.g. canva, photoshop etc.), video editing software, data visualisation software is preferred.
- Experience in design, communication strategies and quality process improvement are essential.
- Experience in data analytics, safety culture and healthcare management are highly beneficial.
- 8 years of relevant experience in a healthcare industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated competencies required of the job are highly beneficial.
- Good stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills, meticulous and responsible.
- A willingness to stay updated with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
