Senior/ Assistant Manager/ Sr Executive (Div of Surgery & Surgical Oncology)

You will be the Surgical Clinical Reviewer for the National Surgical Quality Improvement Programme (NSQIP) and Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI). You will abstract clinical data according to NSQIP/ VQI guidelines and perform data entry in the system. You will also perform internal audit of data abstraction and review case notes. In addition, you will work with clinicians in benchmarking and improving surgical services and co-lead in clinical quality improvement (CQI) projects.

Requirement:

• Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical/ Biological Science or related discipline

• Healthcare work experience is preferred

• Experience in data analytics, clinical audit or process improvement would be an advantage

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Advanced Excel Analytics (formulas, macros, VBA)

• Strong interest in prompt engineering and development of AI and automation tools
