Senior Associate / Associate Executive (Learning & Career Development)

• Liaise with departments to identify development needs and address those needs through varied learning experiences.
• Participate in training/HR related projects and initiatives
• Plan and support the implementation of corporate training and mandatory elearning
• Manage training classes and contents on an internal Learning Management System
• Manage learning budget in line with SGH’s strategy priorities and proactively tap on external funding resources to maximize learning opportunities available for employees.
• Source and identify good external training vendors and institutions to support the implementation of training
• Ensure the monitoring, tracking, evaluation and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behavior change, qualitative feedback etc).
• Ensure learning facilities, office and training rooms are maintained in good condition and supplies are available for use

Job requirements

•  Diploma in Training and/or HR related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are at ease with data and you enjoy being an individual contributor and a strong team player
• Resilient and strong interpersonal communication skills to build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with
• You recognize yourself in our values of Integrity, Compassion and Collaboration
• Competent in SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
