Senior/ Executive, Office of Value Based Healthcare

You will drive and manage projects that drive Appropriate and Value Based Care, including MOH and SGH initiated Value Driven Care (VDC) conditions and hospital-wide campaigns to improve appropriateness of care. You will also oversee hospital-wide patient reported outcome measures (PROMS) and coordinate value-based initiatives. Your job duties include:

• Literature review of VDC conditions, indicators and international benchmarks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures

• Data extraction and analyse VDC conditions

• Conduct case review of population and cases which do not meet indicators and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and revise electronic Clinical Pathways (CCP)

• Develop and implement the PROMS for VDC conditions and provide timely reporting

• Run hospital wide publicity campaigns that can advance the practice of value based healthcare (eg, develop roadmaps, implement campaigns via pilots, run baseline data, handing back to clinical departments when results are stable)

• Automate process of extracting and processing of data and perform data validation

• Assist with academic related write-up for VDC conditions

• Provide secretariat support for meetings

• Participate in quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ related disciplines in healthcare, preferably with healthcare work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge in the use of statistical and data analytic software will be an advantage

• Experience in medical informatics and informatics-related project management preferred
