Senior/ Executive (Clinical Analytics and Insights) (Clinical Governance and Quality)

You will provide operational support in monitoring performances of clinical indicators, such as Ministry of Health (MOH) Health Performance Office (HPO) and Pay for Performance (P4P) and clinical departments' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your job duties include:

• Data extraction and analysis of data
• Maintain detailed documentation of analytical findings
• Engage Head of Departments to improve underperforming indicators
• Collate data from various sources and submit report to MOH
• Develop training materials and conduct briefings to clinical departments to promote and improve performance indicators
• Participate in quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ healthcare related disciplines
• Experience in process improvement and data analysis will be an advantage
• Proficient in statistical and data analytic software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills
