Senior/ Executive, Clinical Review (Office of Patient Safety & Quality)

You will provide operational support in the management of Hospital's clinical events safety program through clinical and systemic reviews of the incidents. 

Your job duties include: 

• Retrieve (electronically), evaluate and assess clinical case records and patient charts to ensure appropriateness and adherence to standards of care
• Facilitate discussion / collaborate with stakeholders to effect practice changes through recommendations / insights that may be derived from patient safety data trends and case review findings
• Facilitate and provide secretariat support in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Serious Reportable Events (SRE).
• Contribute to the upskilling of SGH patient  safety partners in the RCA methodology through facilitation in the RCA workshop 
• Participate and drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Health Sciences, preferably in Nursing, Medical and Allied Health disciplines
• Experience in patient safety and data analysis preferred
• Experience in training of healthcare related discipline will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
