Senior/ Executive (Medication Safety), Office of Patient Safety & Quality

You will assist and support the activities of the Medication Safety Advisory Committee (MSAC) and the Office of Patient Safety and Quality. Your job duties include:

• Analyse data and identify trends
• Develop Medication Safety Reports and Indicators
• Investigate medication incidents and ensure follow-up actions by parties involved
• Review all medication incidents and ensure data are documented and categorized
• Assist to develop the hospital's medication safety programme in consultation with various stakeholders
• Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees

Requirements

• Degree in health science discipline, preferably with pharmacology modules
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
