Senior/ Executive (Quality Assurance Committee), Clinical Governance and Quality

You will support the Chairman of Blood Transfusion, Tissue Review, Service Review and Medical Device Committees in administrative and secretariat support. Your job duties include:

• Organising meetings and ensure meeting materials are well prepared
• Recording minutes of meeting and follow up on matters arising
• Perform data extraction, analysis, chart illustration and tracking of committee indicators
• Compile dataset from labs for Tissue Review Committee audits
• Prepare reports and maintain databases
• Formulate policies relating to medical devices/ implants in the hospital
• Conduct cost-benefit and utilisation audits of medical devices/ implants
• Participate in quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree in Science related disciplines, preferably with 2 years experience in healthcare industry
• Experience in quality improvement, data analytics and clinical audit will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills
