Join SingHealth's Office of Insights & Analytics (OIA) and help shape the future of data-driven healthcare. You will configure, test, and maintain analytics applications within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, supporting clinical and administrative teams across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster in making better, evidence-based decisions.

What You Will Do:
You will configure, test, and maintain analytics applications in the EMR system by customising settings to align with reporting needs, conducting rigorous testing in designated test environments before deployment, and performing volume testing in live environments to ensure system stability.
You will review and validate reports and analytics outputs to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness, conduct peer reviews of SQL-based metrics to identify and correct discrepancies, and maintain data governance best practices.
You will create and modify reports, dashboards, and visualisations to display EMR data effectively, ensure timely distribution of analytics content to relevant stakeholders, maintain the data catalogue and associated metadata records, and ensure interoperability between the EMR analytics applications and external analytics platforms.
You will follow change management processes using clear oral and written communications, provide training to users on analytics applications, and facilitate communication between clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure analytics solutions meet user needs, including secretariat work for assigned workgroups where required.
You will also provide on-site user support during implementation, take on scheduled on-call duties to troubleshoot and track issues, and support post-implementation performance monitoring to identify gaps in analytics functionality.
