Assistant Director, Group Finance

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of Group Finance. You will partner various stakeholders to manage and ensure timely submissions of the Group Budget, Group Statutory Accounts and Group Monthly Financial Reports, and participate in MOH Holdings and cluster-wide initiatives. You shall also ensure all Group Finance policies and procedures are kept up to date, and act as the Finance partner to IT in gatekeeping expenses. Other duties include supervising and mentoring the team, and acting as secretariat for SingHealth Chief Financial Officers’ meetings.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business with a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. CA/ ACCA)
  • Minimally 15 years’ experience in Accounting/ Finance with at least 8 years’ experience in managerial role preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion systems is advantageous
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Systematic and meticulous
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
