Job Description
The upcoming Eastern General Hospital aspires to create a sustainable healthcare ecosystem, an agile and productive workplace for staff, and be equipped with future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and the transformation of healthcare delivery.
The incumbent will support the Development Lead and Hospital Planning Committee in the operations planning, development of the patient experience, and coordinating of business cases for sustainability-related initiatives. Your role includes analysing, developing and implementation of sustainability strategies, patient journeys and operational roadmaps to support clinical needs.
You will lead a team to develop communication plans and standard operating procedures as well as the conduct of site assessments in compliance with national and professional guidelines for report to project teams and senior management. You will keep abreast of the changing healthcare and sustainability landscape, advise on the latest zero-carbon initiatives and balance the economic and environmental factors for the new hospital.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree preferably in Science, Architecture or Engineering, and with at least 12 years of relevant working experience
Experience in a professional service environment with knowledge in using project management, sustainability practices and process methodologies
Excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment within a growing organisation
Ability to work under pressure and thrive under challenging conditions
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
