Assistant Director / Deputy Director, Coporate Human Resource
You will be part of the HR management team that conceptualises, designs, develops and delivers effective people management and development policies, systems and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents. You will build strategic partnerships with line departments and divisions at SingHealth Headquarters (HQ), focusing on developing recruitment strategies to identify skills shortages, recruitment sources and ensuring the right staffing levels for SingHealth HQ to meet the desired workforce and business needs of SingHealth.
You will also strengthen SingHealth HQ as the Employer of Choice by developing and implementing innovative, progressive and appropriate HR strategies on manpower planning, staffing, job design, talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee relations and change management, in line with the SingHealth Group HR strategies and plans.
Job Requirements:
- Degree preferably with post-graduate qualification in HR.
- At least 12 years of experience in generalist HR management function gained from large organisations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Strong leader with the maturity to deal with a broad range of challenges and proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Sound knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices
- Experience in healthcare or related industries will be an added advantage
