Assistant Engineer (Biomedical Engineering), Operations Shared Service

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer (Biomedical Engineering) to join our Operations Shared Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing specialised technical tasks, including commissioning, maintenance, calibration, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of complex diagnostic and therapeutic biomedical equipment to ensure maximum equipment availability for patient care. This will also involve monitoring the work done by service contractors to ensure timely and appropriate completion in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Additionally, you will provide administrative and operational support to the department's operations, offer secretariat support during meetings, and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous
• Good working knowledge of the regulatory standards
• Strong interpersonal skills
