Assistant Manager, Healthcare Intelligence, Office of Insights and Analytics

You will manage SingHealth’s data & analytics initiatives by overseeing the day-to-day management of all data applications, projects and analytics platforms and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements to technical deliverables.

You will be the subject matter expert and key point of contact for data and analytics architecture, data assets and capabilities.

You need to keep abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new methodologies, innovative solutions and improve data operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research or related quantitative disciplines. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of technical solutions experience including 3 years in a combination of relevant Big Data/Analytics areas.
• Proficient in database technology, architecture and tools.
• Possess experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure data warehouse architecture development and utilisation.
• Proficient in dimensional modeling techniques and their applications.
• Possess hands-on experience using programming languages such as R, Python and SQL as well as business intelligence and visualisation tools.
• Familiar with Machine Learning concepts and applications.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Forward-thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts well to learning new knowledge.
• Good presentation, written and oral communication skills
• Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
