Assistant Manager (Corporate Planning), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to provide excellent, patient-centred care and to improve the health of the population in the east of Singapore. We aim to develop future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and to be an employer of choice for our staff. 

You will support the development of key organisational processes such as performance management and reporting, data analysis and knowledge management to enable EGH to meet its organisational goals and objectives. You will also undertake other assignments, including corporate planning and strategy development, as required by the department.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably with a statistics, business analytics or data science background
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Proficient with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Tableau as well as analytical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata or R
• Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
• Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box
• Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment within a growing organisation
• Ability to work well and adapt to change in fast-paced and evolving conditions
• Action-oriented, highly motivated and target-focused
