Assistant Manager (Corporate Planning), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office
The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to provide excellent, patient-centred care and to improve the health of the population in the east of Singapore. We aim to develop future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and to be an employer of choice for our staff.
You will support key organisational processes such as corporate planning, strategy development and enterprise risk management for EGH. This includes aligning budgets with work plans, assessing resourcing requirements, reviewing work plans and business cases, assisting in corporate reporting as well as providing secretariat support for senior management meetings and strategic workgroups. You will also undertake other assignments as required by the department.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably with a statistical or data science background
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment and/or corporate planning
- Experience in strategic planning and corporate affairs for a large company with multiple business/service lines, with strong planning skills and budgeting knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient with the use of business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Tableau as well as analytical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata or R
- Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
- Possess critical thinking skills and able to think outside of the box
- Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced as well as challenging conditions
- Action-oriented, highly motivated and target-focused
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
