The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helps to strategise and coordinate the various population health research initiatives across the SingHealth institutions, to achieve the common vision of advancing population health goals.

 

You will assist to develop policies and oversee research governance and compliance, including maintaining research governance frameworks and standard operating procedures as well as monitoring compliance with research ethics guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will also support enterprise risk assessment and management by identifying potential risks across research operations and developing risk mitigation strategies. You will oversee the research administration operations, including management of research projects and agreements, ensuring adherence to funding agreements and institutional policies.  Additionally, you will prepare papers, reports, and presentations for the funding authority, senior management, and external parties as required. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff, alongside assisting with grant submissions.

 

Work arrangements:

This role offers hybrid work arrangements, providing the flexibility of working remotely and in the office.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Social Science, Business Administration or related academic area with at least 6 years of relevant experience in research governance, risk management, grant management and project management
  • Previous healthcare experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strategic planning and stakeholder management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
