This role offers a unique opportunity to support in the implementation of financial systems, the establishment of the Hospital's operational processes and workflows to ensure the delivery of optimal support to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

 

You provide critical insights to continuous improvement of operational efficiency by analysing current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing process improvements that streamline tasks, reduce redundancies, and enhance the speed and accuracy of financial operations.

 

You will assess project risks through data analytics to support informed decision-making.You will also collaborate with various departments for requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that the deployed systems meet diverse user requirements for seamless integration.

 

Additionally, you will provide secretariat support and manage resource requirements for various workgroups to facilitate effective collaboration and project execution.

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or degree holder (major in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 years of related working experience
  • Membership of a professional body, e.g., ISCA or ACCA is advantageous
  • Team player with a high level of integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness
  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, Power BI
