Assistant Manager (Leadership Programme), Group Allied Health
Join SingHealth Group Allied Health (GAH) and play a meaningful role in shaping the next generation of Allied Health leaders across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will be part of a team committed to workforce transformation, talent development, and leadership excellence — work that has a lasting impact on the quality of healthcare delivered to patients across our institutions.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Group Chief Allied Health Professional and senior leadership in the implementation of a strategic leadership programme for Allied Health Professionals across SingHealth institutions. Your primary role will be to provide operational management, coordination and assistance for the programme, working with various Allied Health departments and stakeholders to develop future-ready Allied Health leaders in line with SingHealth's priorities.
What You Will Do:
At the heart of this role is the coordination and administration of the Allied Health (AH) Leadership Programme — from participant management and programme operations to the delivery of workshops and local and overseas learning journeys. You will support curriculum planning, scheduling, implementation and continuous refinement of programme content, and coordinate faculty, speakers, coaches and mentors, including their scheduling, communications and logistical arrangements. You will manage procurement, vendor engagement and programme-related administrative processes, oversee programme logistics and travel coordination, and provide secretariat support for programme meetings.
From a project management perspective, you will manage the operational and administrative functions to ensure projects proceed smoothly, liaise with different stakeholders, prepare reports and utilise analytics to evaluate project effectiveness, and monitor expenditure to ensure projects remain within budget.
You will also engage internal and external stakeholders — including healthcare clusters, faculty, coaches, mentors and partner organisations — to support programme planning and implementation. This includes building and maintaining relationships with local and international partners, coordinating with overseas institutions on learning journey design and scheduling, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
On the evaluation and reporting front, you will monitor programme milestones, deliverables and outcomes, and prepare periodic reports for management, governance committees, funding stakeholders and donor reporting requirements. You will track participant progress and engagement, support the development of programme evaluation frameworks and impact measurement processes, and prepare dashboards on programme performance and participant outcomes. You will also support programme governance, financial tracking and compliance reporting.
In addition, you will assist with the planning and implementation of AH workforce development and talent management initiatives, support the design and implementation of leadership training programmes, and assist with career development pathway development and review for the AH workforce.
