Assistant Manager (Partnerships & Research Enablement), Office of DGCMIO (Research)
Join SingHealth's Partnerships & Research Enablement (PRE) function under the Office of Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (DGCMIO), where you will contribute to advancing SingHealth’s leadership in data-driven research and innovation, catalysing strategic collaborations with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs), national research programmes, and commercial partners in data science and AI/digital research and innovation.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to play a critical operational role within this context, supporting the operationalisation of partnership activities with institutional, academic, and national collaborators. The role also supports researchers and partners in navigating data access pathways, governance requirements, and aligning research needs with available platform capabilities.
What You Will Do
You will support the operationalisation of partnership intent and programme objectives through coordinated engagements and structured follow-through, coordinating activities across institutional, academic, national, and industry collaborators. You will build and maintain researcher and stakeholder distribution lists, and support early-stage engagement and relationship-building by preparing background information, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining engagement records.
You will provide front-line research enablement support by guiding researchers through requirements and pathways related to data-driven research, conducting information scoping and fact-finding to identify relevant operational, governance, and lifecycle considerations. You will apply knowledge of existing processes and guidelines to help researchers anticipate requirements related to consent, data privacy, and data storage, exercising judgement on when to resolve requests within the PRE team versus when escalation is required.
You will also contribute to process improvement by supporting the documentation and refinement of workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources, and monitoring service metrics and researcher feedback to identify improvement opportunities, including enhancements to self-service resources such as frequently asked questions (FAQs) and chatbot content.
