Assistant Manager (Services Planning - Clinical Services and Medical Affairs), EGH Planning Office

You will be part of the team responsible for the implementation of the various functions and sections of the Clinical Services to ensure compliance with relevant clinical statutory and regulatory requirements and proper discharge of obligations under the Ministry of Health’s Service Level Agreement.
You will establish clinical governance frameworks and policies, improve professional and clinical quality and practice as well as oversee the Clinical Notes Review Programme to meet regulatory requirements at different project phases of the Hospital building.
Requirements
- Basic Medical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health or equivalent with good clinical experience
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience with proven managerial or supervisory experience in leading a team/project
- Knowledge in healthcare-information systems, relevant International Statistical Classification of Diseases & Health Problems and Classification of Health Interventions/Surgeries would be an advantage.
- Good understanding in statistical modelling, data mining, analysis and visualisation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
- Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
