Assistant / Manager (Strategic Partnerships), CPHRI (Contract)
The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helps to strategise and coordinate the various population health research initiatives across the SingHealth institutions to achieve the common vision of advancing population health goals.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth of the Centre's research and implementation capabilities. A key focus will be leading complex research collaborations and managing multiple concurrent research projects across various institutions and partners. Working closely with CPHRI leadership, you will be instrumental in advancing the Centre’s mission through effective stakeholders management and strategic collaborations. Additionally, you will prepare papers, reports, and presentations for the funding authority, senior management, and external parties as required. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff, alongside assisting with grant submissions.
Work arrangements:
This role offers hybrid work arrangements, providing the flexibility of working remotely and in the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Social Science, Business Administration or related academic area with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Previous healthcare experience will be an advantage
- Previous experience in coordinating and delivering research projects, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of managing research collaborations and partnerships across multiple organisations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong project management skills
- Strategic planning and stakeholder management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
