Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Group Communications (Maternity Coverage)

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for showcasing Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster through compelling digital storytelling and innovative content creation across our social media platforms.

We are seeking a creative Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive to take on a hands-on social media production role. You will be responsible for producing timely, high-quality, and engaging content across SingHealth's digital and social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This unique position offers the opportunity to explore generative AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and brand alignment in healthcare communications.

What You Will Do:

You will develop compelling multimedia stories from briefs and articles, creating videos, infographics, graphics, and photos that engage audiences and build SingHealth's digital brand presence. Your role involves filming, storyboarding, editing, and adapting content for short-form social media formats whilst ensuring messaging aligns with broader brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events, and activations. You will stay ahead of evolving consumer behaviour and information consumption patterns to shape our digital media strategy, identifying new trends and tools to grow our digital presence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in digital or social media content production, including filming, video editing and multimedia production

• Experience or demonstrated interest in applying generative AI tools for content creation within corporate or regulated environments

• Proficiency in Adobe creative software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and short-form content formats

• Flexibility to work occasional events outside regular hours
