Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, SingHealth Pharmacy & Therapeutics Council Office
Join the SingHealth Pharmacy & Therapeutics Council (P&T) Office and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As part of Singapore's largest public healthcare group, you will contribute to the operations through essential administrative support, financial budgeting and educational initiative coordination.
What You Will Do:
You will provide secretarial support to the P&T Council leadership, managing meetings and activities including venue booking, documentation, and coordination with external parties. Your role involves establishing organised filing systems, managing financial procedures for purchases and expenses, and contributing to budget planning exercises.
You will maintain and update the SingHealth cluster formulary to ensure accurate drug information, facilitate communication of formulary changes to healthcare professionals, and manage drug information resource subscriptions. Additionally, you will plan education initiatives with stakeholders, coordinate event execution, and monitor education activity budgets.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or relevant discipline
• Experience in administration, operations, management support, healthcare or data analytics will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Good organisational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
