Associate, Graduate Medical Education HQ (4-month Contract)
You will support the Office of Residents' Affairs (ORA) teams that lead outreach activities to engage local and overseas medical students, Residents and Post Graduate Year 1s. Working closely with the team, you will help promote SingHealth Residency as a Sponsoring Institution of choice for medical students.
Your role will involve supporting event coordination and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of events and activities organised by the office and Residents' Committee. You will also play a key part in managing daily administrative workflows related to residents' training claims, laptop deployment and other residents' welfare matters.
Job requirements:
- GCE A level or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Project coordination skills will be an advantage
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
