We are seeking an Associate to support our daily retail pharmacy operations with a focus on customer excellence and efficient store management.

 

What You'll Do:

Your role involves operating cashier counters with accuracy, processing various payment methods and providing administrative support to colleagues. You will monitor and replenish stock daily, ensuring shelves are neat and products are properly displayed.

You will handle ordering and receiving of stock deliveries, complete necessary documentation, and assist with monthly cycle counts and stocktaking. Your responsibilities include uploading price files, ensuring accurate pricing and product information in the retail system, and setting up promotional displays and materials.

In addition, you may be required to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors, carry out housekeeping duties, and adhere to safety and security measures within retail pharmacy.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE N/O/A Level qualifications with at least 2 years of experience in retail industry and/or cashiering experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computing skills
  • Good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas
