You will be the key reviewer of Financial Schedules and follow-up with refunds from grantees in a timely manner for proper governance.  Your duties also entail follow-up with grantees for financial reporting, performing internal audits/review to ensure compliance expenses and deal with external auditors for any financial schedules’ matters.  You will manage administrative support work for grants awards which include preparation of Letter of Awards, follow-up on signed Letter of Undertakings and timely release of Funds Disbursements.   You may also be assigned other duties as a representative for JOAM or as part of a committee for Duke-NUS or SingHealth initiatives at a cluster-level.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in Healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Works well in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Exercises initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned within timelines
  • Dependable team player who can work independently to meet tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task
