You will support innovative population health projects and capitation initiatives that improve patient care delivery throughout Singapore by enhancing coordination and collaboration across our extensive network of hospitals and healthcare institutions.

 

We are seeking an Associate Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our RHS team. You will serve as a key coordinator, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating meetings, organising events, and maintaining critical databases that support our regional health initiatives.

 

What You Will Do:

You will provide essential administrative support that keeps our RHS operations running smoothly, including monitoring inventory levels for stationeries and outreach materials, processing invoices and claims, and handling general office administration tasks. Your role involves comprehensive meeting support where you will maintain departmental meeting schedules, coordinate sessions among different RHS workgroups, ensure venues and equipment are available, distribute and file meeting minutes, support preparation of presentation materials, and assist with meeting notes to facilitate action tracking. You will also manage logistical and administrative support for events by planning logistics, supporting actual event execution, setting up registration processes, arranging refreshments, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.

 

Additionally, you will handle database management responsibilities including collecting and inputting data from various sources into designated systems, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain required data inputs, and updating existing records with new information as it becomes available within agreed timeframes whilst maintaining compliance with data governance standards. You will also participate and support improvement and innovation efforts in alignment to Divisional and Institutional goals as well as perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
