Job Requirements
You will provide administrative support to the Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) team’s day-to-day operations. Other responsibilities include assisting in coordination work, maintenance of the necessary databases, monitoring and tracking of reports s. You will also perform internal and external liaison functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and events.

You will assist in generating reports/information required by Graduate Medical Education (GME) office or other stakeholders and perform data entry, maintenance of Faculty and PGY1 information on excel files and Microsoft Access databases.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years working experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
