You will be part of the Staffing team, where your work directly contributes to building the healthcare workforce that serves our community across multiple hospitals and healthcare institutions.

 

We are seeking an Associate Executive to provide HR support across recruitment, staffing operations, and administrative functions. You will work closely within the team to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes whilst maintaining critical HR systems and supporting various departmental initiatives.

 

What You Will Do:

 

You will work with the HR Business Partners to support the hiring process for SingHealth HQ, which includes coordinating and scheduling interviews, liaising with the candidates and following up on document submissions. You may occasionally assist with administering interview assessments when required. Your role includes managing onboarding activities for new SingHealth HQ hires, such as data entry in the HRIS, raising system requests, preparing induction materials and effective management of the electronic employee personal file. You will prepare various monthly and ad-hoc reports for the Staffing team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation. You will maintain inventory records of corporate gifts for recruitment purposes, conduct regular stock takes, and submit replenishment proposals when needed. Your responsibilities also include facilitating the annual archival process, participating in HR projects and initiatives, and providing coordination and secretariat support at departmental meetings.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline with 2 years' experience, or Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ Level with 8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of HR modules in SuccessFactors would be advantageous
  • Strong teamwork abilities and capability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Independent, results-oriented and resourceful approach to work
