Associate Executive (AV Systems), Office of SingHealth Academy (2-year contract)

Join SingHealth Academy and support our mission in Academic Medicine. You will provide essential lecture recording and AV support services to all SingHealth institutions from our state-of-the-art Academia facility.

We are seeking an Associate Executive to operate and maintain AV systems in our education facilities whilst coordinating with users to deliver audiovisual support. You will troubleshoot technical challenges, support live events, and contribute to innovative initiatives that enhance our educational capabilities.

What You Will Do:

Your role involves configuring and operating AV systems for events, performing basic system configurations for Control Systems, Audio Systems, and Recording and Streaming Systems to ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage lecture recording services from scheduling through to final delivery, including on-site recording, editing, and uploading content to required portals. You will coordinate with facilities teams and users on AV requirements, provide on-site technical support during events, and manage live streaming and video conferencing to internal and external sites. Your technical responsibilities include first-level troubleshooting, assisting with maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining system backups and archives. Additionally, you will manage inventory systems for AV equipment, update tracking records, generate management reports, and assist with implementing new initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology or Audio & Visual Technology
• At least 1 year of experience with audio/visual or IT systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently
• Knowledge in computer programming advantageous
• Willingness to work overtime when required
