Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd

Associate Principal / Senior Analyst, Data Science, Office of Insights & Analytics

Job Category:  Administration
Posting Date:  20 Apr 2026

Join SingHealth's Office of Insights & Analytics (OIA) and play a vital role in supporting healthcare digital transformation through strategic analysis and evidence-based insights.

You’ll work at the intersection of data science and strategic decision-making, helping to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable intelligence that guides leadership across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

We are seeking an Analyst to support strategic sense-making and analysis within our analytics team. You’ll help synthesise data, survey findings, and qualitative inputs into well-reasoned perspectives that inform organisational priorities and strategic decisions in our complex healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll support the interpretation of data and analytical findings by synthesising key themes, observations, and strategic considerations under guidance from senior team members. Your role involves assisting in structuring analyses, highlighting implications and risks, and helping to frame insights in ways that support strategic discussion without overstating findings. You'll contribute to drafting and refining reports, briefing materials, and submissions for senior leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring these materials are credible, well-structured, and aligned with organisational context. Additionally, you’ll support evaluations of digital, data, and analytics initiatives by collating inputs, documenting outcomes, and summarising lessons learnt for future planning. A key responsibility involves taking ownership of departmental shared knowledge assets and collaboration spaces, maintaining content structure and presentation to ensure materials remain current, are logically organised, and accessible for effective team collaboration and continuity of work.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or related quantitative disciplines
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in data visualisation, business analytics, or project management in analytical or strategy roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge and experience using programming languages such as R and Python as well as business intelligence tools such as Tableau is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills with confidence to communicate with senior management
  • Proactive individual with ability to work collaboratively across different business areas
  • Analytical thinking with ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative inputs and identify key themes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation with high standards for accuracy and consistency
