Director, Group Finance

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead the Group Finance team in the areas of Group Budget, Group Statutory Audit, Group Chart of Accounts, Group Financial Monthly Reports and Group Policies & Procedures.  This will also involve reporting to the Audit Committee, Budget & Investment Committee and Board of Directors for board agenda items.

 

You also be responsible for leading the implementation of the new S/4HANA FIMM system which includes the fund and grant management modules as well as billing and allocation modules in the new payroll system. You will work closely with MOH Holdings (MOHH) on various initiatives, including MOHH Executive Information System and MOHH Cash Liquidity Management.

 

Furthermore, you will partner with the Group Chief Information Officer to review the Group IT budget and cost containment measures, and oversee the Secretariat of Chief Financial Officers’ Meeting and Finance Workgroup Meeting.

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ACCA with at least 15 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting and experience with S/4HANA implementation, including Fund and Grant Management modules, would be advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
