You will be part of a team that helps to drive and administer the performance management process in SingHealth HQ. Your responsibilities include performing salary administration activities for employees, ensuring precise computation of bonuses and annual salary increment for the staff. You will also administer performance appraisals and promotion exercises as well as be actively involved in any pay-related analysis such as salary benchmark and pay review exercises to ensure that SingHealth HQ has a market competitive compensation and performance management structure.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and a team player, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous and numerically inclined
  • Driven and independent worker who is able to manage priorities
  • Prior experience in Healthcare industry will be advantageous
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
