Executive, Employee Services
We are seeking an Executive, Employee Services to manage medical benefits administration for SingHealth HQ staff.
In this role, you will oversee the accurate processing of medical bills for staff and their dependants, ensuring prompt
payment settlement to service providers based on Statements of Accounts. You will conduct regular reviews of medical
benefits policies to maintain their relevance and currency.
Your responsibilities include verifying staff personal data updates in the SAP SuccessFactors system and maintaining
proper organisation of personnel files. As a team leader, you will provide guidance and supervision to team members
on medical benefits matters.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and organised with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
