Executive, Group Marketing Communications (4-month Contract)

As part of the Marketing Communications team, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design marketing materials. The scope of work includes creating graphics for online, mobile, and social media platforms, such as user-interface graphics, banners, thumbnails, etc. Additionally, it involves designing collaterals such as brochures, online newsletters, logo development, branding templates, and way-finding signage for SingHealth and its institutions.

Specifically, you will be tasked with developing materials such as posters, banners, flyers and newsletters to promote the SingHealth Health Buddy app, its modules, and functions, and to support the graphic needs of the Health Buddy app.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications / Design or equivalent
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Experience in managing iOS/Android apps, UX/UI design, and digital project management would be advantageous
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
• Prior experience in conceptualising and/or producing marketing materials/collaterals
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines with an eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
