You will be part of the HR Talent Acquisition & Sponsorship team, playing a key role in end-to-end recruitment, pre-service sponsorship management, and employer branding initiatives to build a strong and sustainable workforce. This role requires engaging with hiring managers, universities, and external stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies and talent development programmes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programmes, collaborating with educational institutions and external agencies to ensure a strong healthcare talent pipeline. By overseeing sponsorship administration, recipient engagement, and bond management, you will contribute to talent retention and workforce planning for EGH.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sponsorship management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce engagement best practices
- Experience in managing pre-service sponsorship or scholarship programmes is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills to work with hiring managers, universities, and external agencies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and the ability to generate insights from recruitment and sponsorship data
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong project management and organisational skills
