Executive, Office of Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (Research)

You will manage data engineering, research informatics and data science initiatives within the SingHealth Data Science Innovation and Research Platforms (SDIRP). You will oversee data governance frameworks and support the implementation of research platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of policies and processes that enable data-driven research whilst maintaining security and compliance.

You will help manage budgets for both the department and its research platforms, including tracking expenses and financial planning. You will also provide operational and administrative support for the department and help improve work processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, engineering or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in healthcare would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic budget management and accounting skills
• Knowledge of project management methods would be beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
