You will support the development of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre (SDTC) by coordinating efforts across different domains and stakeholders. Your role will involve planning and developing training and education programmes for the advancement and succession of transplant medicine, as well as developing an innovation strategy in SDTC. You will assist in marketing communication initiatives, such as promotional efforts to raise public awareness on transplantation and business development planning for all SDTC programmes. You will also work with the Ministry of Health on the promotion of organ/tissue donation and transplantation, and manage SDTC’s website and print collaterals used for publicity. 

 

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the SDTC management. This includes organising internal transplant related programmes or courses, collaborating with external stakeholders to identify potential formal partnerships/collaborations for overseas training, and managing the preparation of training proposals and approval papers for manpower development programmes. You will assist with grant applications and manage the administration and legality pertaining to various research projects. Furthermore, you will also be involved in the development and maintenance of transplant databases, identification of potential research collaborators with external stakeholders, and all research support activities within SDTC. 
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Health Sciences
  • Work experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in using programming/business intelligence software (e.g. Structured Query Language) will be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
