Executive, Talent Management & Leadership Development

As a member of the Talent Management & Leadership Development team, you will play a crucial role in building a sustainable and healthy pipeline of competent, committed, and prepared leaders for SingHealth.  You will assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, ensuring the development and maintenance of the talent database. Additionally, you will contribute to department-level projects aimed at building leadership and organisational capability. This involves planning, designing, and facilitating engagement programmes, tracking high performing staff and providing support in Talent Review Board sessions and Talent Engagement sessions with senior management.  You will provide both secretariat and operational support to the SingHealth Leadership Coaching & Mentoring Council (LCMC) in the implementation and review of the LCMC’s mentoring programme.

 

You will also support the team in engaging with HR departments and Heads across SingHealth institutions in talent development programmes for identified successors to Key Leadership Positions. Additionally, you will provide secretariat support for the Joint Search Committee meetings, such as logistic arrangements, preparation of meeting materials and post-search approval documentations.

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a good command of English
  • Ability to independently write papers within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage at all levels
  • Resourceful, results-focused, and meticulous
  • Self-motivated team player with strong administrative skills
