Executive (Partnerships), Institute for Patient Safety & Quality

As the Partnership Executive of the Institute, you will ensure that Patient Safety and Quality (PSQ) related initiatives and processes are developed, implemented and evaluated in support of the Institute’s strategic objectives in PSQ. You will be involved in coordinating local, regional and global PSQ partnership activities. This includes constructing and reviewing of partnership agreements with stakeholders and partners, designing and implementing of programmes/events to promote PSQ and in building local and regional community of learning in Patient Safety as well as working with domain experts in developing platforms (including e-platforms) for sharing of best practices in PSQ.

As a member of the partnership team, you will also be tasked to facilitate academic related programmes for the Institute. This includes marketing and administration of graduate programmes, as well as internships and research related projects. You will also ensure effective collation, organisation, analysis and presentation of PSQ related materials and data for reporting purpose (including grant applications) and for presentation at local and overseas conferences as well as writing of articles/stories for publication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
• Experience in working with various stakeholders and individual profiles
• Experience in recruitment, appointment, programme administration and managing events
• Good knowledge of platform management, data extraction and analysis
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
