Manager, Clinical Trial Coordinating Centre (Contract)

The Clinical Trials Coordinating Centre (CTCC) is SingHealth’s overarching infrastructure for clinical trials and clinical research. With an oversight of the clinical trials and research operational activities throughout SingHealth, CTCC’s objective is to harmonise the cluster’s clinical trial and clinical research infrastructure.  CTCC’s initiatives are broadly categorised into Talent Management, Clinical Trials Infrastructure and External Liaison. 

You will support the expanded initiatives of CTCC, primarily in branding efforts and external collaborations to position SingHealth as a regional and international Clinical Trials Hub. You will manage a dedicated website, organise and host symposiums/seminars, and develop and implement publicity plans to increase visibility and positioning of SingHealth as a thought leader for clinical trials. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, and identify potential areas of growth and collaborations. You will collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to monitor potential issues in the clinical trial process and facilitate mitigative actions to ensure consistently high standards of trial performance, short start up timelines for clinical trials, as well as improve patient recruitment in clinical trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Healthcare or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare or biomedical sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous and with good organisational and excellent time management skills
• Able to work well in teams and independently
• Proactive and possess good communication skills
