Manager, Digital Strategy Management

You will be involved in developing programs and initiatives to support SingHealth’s digital transformation journey. You are required to address business needs to align with SingHealth’s digital strategy and blueprint. You will develop strategic plans, department workplans, corporate indicators, as well as conduct regular performance monitoring of the division’s key performance indicator (KPIs) and prepare management reports. You will support the team in strategic work planning and develop clear project proposals. You will also be involved in research and drafting of approval papers.

You will drive the collaboration with key stakeholders such as research organisations and IT companies, to derive purposeful and targeted engagement strategies at an organisational level. You will support training goals for digital literacy by identifying and assessing training needs, creating customised training plans, implementing appropriate training methods to enhance employees’ skills, performance and monitoring the effectiveness of training programmes. You will manage the budget and stay up to date on training trends.

In addition, you are required to conduct research to keep abreast of technological developments and conduct research to highlight and communicate insights and advances in digital technology trends. You will provide support in organising programmes and events such as management retreats and division townhalls to cultivate a digital transformation culture.  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in the relevant industry and similar job role.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to deal with different stakeholders and work independently.
