We are seeking an experienced Manager to co-lead our Employee Services team in SingHealth HQ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and manage all benefits administration matters, including medical benefits, leave benefits, staff identification and insurance-related matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will drive innovative projects that advance and support our Human Resources strategic vision.

 

What You'll Do

  • Administer Leave and Medical Benefits: Manage and oversee leave and medical benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, timely submission of reports, and prompt payments to service providers.
  • Analyse Data: Analyse benefits utilisation and costs, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare clear dashboards and reports for HR leadership decision-making
  • Manage Staff Services: Oversee staff identification administration, gift declarations, housing/vehicle/renovation loan subsidies, and insurance renewals and claims. Handle staff enquiries promptly and accurately, manage the annual Long Service Award event, and ensure proper housekeeping of staff personnel files
  • Ensure Compliance: Review and update policies to ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements, conduct regular process audits, and maintain accurate HRIS records
  • Lead a Team: Supervise direct reports, conduct cross-training, guide junior staff, and drive team excellence in delivering departmental KPIs

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong leadership skills with maturity to lead a team and handle diverse challenges
  • Meticulous, analytical, and self-initiated with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
