Manager, Group Development
Reporting to the Deputy Director, your duties will include supporting the prospecting, cultivation and stewardship of assigned donors. You will manage individual, corporate and foundation relations through overseeing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop donor proposals and prepare stewardship reports for major gifts. You are expected to identify, coordinate and lead major gift fundraising activities and events for SingHealth, such as the SingHealth Duke-NUS Gala Dinner. You will also plan and execute a stewardship programme to engage donors and inspire their continued support of our philanthropic causes.
Your responsibilities will include designing, executing and tracking outcomes programmes that aim to increase Development colleagues' and clinical staff's awareness of achieving philanthropic outcomes. You will also assist with ad-hoc tasks, such as serving as meeting secretariat.
Job Requirements:
- Good Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant experience, including minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record in development, communications or marketing
- Strong command in both spoken and written English, and preferably Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-assured and outcome-driven with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
